MAIN ENGINE MANEUVERING SYSTEM OVERHAULING (MAN B&W, MC, MCE)
The scope of work is done by our experienced service engineers who attend the vessel, dismantling pneumatic valves & components , then they overhaul the removed items with the required repair kits and carry out function test via pneumatic simulation to ensure good working order . After they re-install all pneumatic valves & components as original prior vessel’s departure. Lastly simulation tests are carried out onboard to confirm system’s proper working condition.

The scope of work is done by 2 service engineers usually, who attend the vessel, dismantling pneumatic valves & components , then they overhaul the removed items with the required repair kits and carry out function test via pneumatic simulation to ensure good working order . After they re-install all pneumatic valves & components as original prior vessel’s departure. Lastly simulation tests are carried out onboard to confirm system’s proper working condition.

INJECTION SYSTEMS
Our experienced service engineers can undertake Fuel Pump complete overhauling for Major Makers (Sulzer – Wartsila – MAN B&W). Also we can provide the Fuel Pumps timing in order to achieve optimized performance and complete system inspection including camshaft timing.

LUBRICATING SYSTEMS
In order to have a good cylinder condition It is very important to have the right function of the Lubricators. Our experienced service engineers can provide this job including overhaul and testing of the components.
- Lubricator units complete overhaul and refilling their accumulators.
- Renew the load indicator transmitter.
- Renewal of the angle encoder and the printed circuit board.
